Aye Chihuahuas

Good early morning October 25th. Badger crest had a litter of 6 Chihuahua puppies. 5 male and 1 female. They plan to keep the female but all the little boys will be available in about 8 weeks! See their link on my link page click on Badger Crest Kennels.

Why we created our business

We created our business to promote responsible pet ownership and ethical breeding practices. There are too many irresponsible breeders, who when asked about the blood lines of a puppy, have absolutely no idea. They cannot even tell you for sure who the Sire is. Worse yet are the Puppy Mills which breed dogs without thought to the care of the puppies. They are raised in horrible conditions. In places so cramped that the owner would have no idea a puppy is sick until it is either dead or dying. These puppies are given no special attention or socialized in any manner. Neglect has a very bad effect on the overall health and happiness of the dogs. Many puppy mill puppies cannot be registered and are most likely sold as registered with invalid papers.
We screen our applicants very carefully to assure they are a reputable breeder before we will create a web site for them.
We do realize that even under the best of circumstances any breeder can experience an accidental breeding and we ask that in this case the puppies be sold either already altered or with an agreement from the buyers to alter their puppy ASAP.
While we agree that many so called "Mutts" make wonderful pets. There are plenty available in animal shelters everywhere. Let’s not breed more.
